About Jiling

Jiling Lin is a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac) and herbalist who cultivates thriving health through nature, art, movement, and ritual. Jiling’s integrative medical practice in Ventura, CA nourishes wellness for all people, specializing in sports acupuncture, pain management, and women’s health. Her gentle yet powerful acupuncture and herbal treatments center accessible lifestyle medicine solutions for lasting transformation.

A multi-passionate creator, Jiling writes for Mountain Rose Herbs and various publications, and hosts Tea Talks with Jiling on Herbal Radio. She teaches Five Elements lifestyle medicine classes and retreats across North America and Asia— and is writing her first book about it! (Anticipated publication 2028)

After breaking both wrists in a major mountaineering accident in 2006, acupuncture, herbs, and yoga helped restore Jiling’s mobility, stability, flexibility, and strength. She now supports other injured athletes through recovery, with firsthand experience from her personal healing journey— and continues to be an avid hiker, backpacker, and surfer.

Jiling holds a Master's of Science in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine, Bachelor's of Art in Studio Art, and is certified as a 500-hour Yoga Teacher, InterPlay Leader, Morning Altars Teacher, and Mindfulness Mentor. A first generation Taiwanese-American woman, Jiling bridges eastern and western botanical medicine traditions, wilderness awareness education, expressive arts, and contemplative spiritual practices.

Through Earth-centered integrative medicine and experiential education, Jiling helps reconnect us with the wild beauty of our inner and outer landscapes— empowering radiant health and environmental stewardship in our bodies, communities, and world.
